30.17 m² is bedroom, living area and bathroom in one shell at a 3.5 m interior height. The thicker 3.5 mm PC panels and the triple window set are what separate it from the smaller sizes; the frame carries a 10-year warranty and the panels 20 years of non-yellowing.
A restaurant hall or banquet room
Rated for 20-22 persons, the floor takes a large table or a standing reception. Three exhaust outlets suit a served room rather than a single private pod.
A showroom, indoor garden or event venue
The largest clear span in the range, with the same 120 km/h wind and 45 kg/m² snow rating as every other size. Composite flooring, motorised overhead curtains, an air-conditioner base and custom frame colours are on the options list.
