What the 2.7 m Star Dome Is Best For
At 5.7 m² and 135 kg, the 2.7 m Star Dome is the smallest round unit we build and the cheapest to move: 40 sets load into a single 40HQ, the highest density of any size in the range.
A garden room, tea room or small studio
Rated for 2-4 persons, 5.7 m² is a reading corner, a tea room or a small studio. One door, one window, a curtain set and one exhaust outlet are in the standard spec, with composite flooring, blackout curtains and an air-conditioner base on the options list.
A cafe, kiosk or lobby pod
Buyers often order these in multiples for street-side or hotel-lobby pods, where a full 4 m room is more floor area than the pitch needs. The aluminium frame carries a 10-year warranty and the 3 mm UV-protected PC panels 20 years of non-yellowing.
A first glamping unit
Where a site is testing demand before committing to a full camp, the 2.7 m works as a single or couple unit, and it carries the same 120 km/h wind and 45 kg/m² snow rating as every other size.
