37 m² on one level takes a bedroom, a living area and a dining corner without stacking or partitioning into tight rooms. Six windows give every zone its own daylight and its own operable opening, which is what keeps a space this size comfortable in a warm climate.

Ventilation is the specification

With six windows and six exhausts the building services are the part to design first: decide which openings are guest-operated and which are extraction before the interior is fitted.
