What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard dome models have no MOQ — you can order a single 4 m dome to pilot your site before scaling. Custom ODM shapes start at 3 units per design, and complete camp solutions are quoted per project.
How long is the production lead time?
Standard domes are ready to ship in 3–4 weeks from order confirmation. Custom sizes and special shapes take 5–7 weeks including design review. Complete camp solutions are scheduled by project milestone.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T with the balance before shipment. L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 20,000. Milestone payments are available for large camp projects.
How difficult is installation? Do you provide support?
A 4 m dome assembles in about 2 hours with two people and basic hand tools — no special equipment required. Every order includes a step-by-step manual, and our engineers join the first installation call remotely. Turnkey crews are available for camp-scale projects.
Can you customize the size, shape or branding?
Yes. Our ODM service covers custom diameters, oval and capsule shapes, panel colors, and your branding on panels and packaging. We provide free 3D design and technical drawings before you commit.
What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?
Aluminum frames carry a structural warranty and PC panels are covered against yellowing and cracking. Spare parts remain available long after delivery, and our team responds to technical questions within 12 hours on working days.
How many domes fit in a 40HQ container? How is freight calculated?
A 40HQ loads 12 sets of 4 m domes or 6 sets of 6 m domes. Every quotation includes a loading plan, and we can quote CIF or DDP for most destinations — send us your port and we will include freight in the quote.
Do you have certifications or factory audits?
Our production follows ISO 9001 quality management and the factory passes SGS audits. PC panels are UV-stabilized and comply with CE standards for building materials. Test reports are available on request.
